Counseling tailored to your life — supporting growth, strengthening relationships, and helping you move forward.

Hi! I’m happy you’re here. I’m Catherine, an independently licensed clinical social worker.

Here’s a little bit about me and what our work could look like together:

After completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Psychology, I worked with transition aged youth and adolescents in residential programs. I loved this work and feel it helped create a strong foundation for my therapeutic approach. I then returned to school to complete my Masters of Social Work where I focused on trauma and substance abuse. I completed an internship at a therapeutic high school and an outpatient substance abuse treatment facility.

Since then, I have built my career in community mental health supporting clients navigating substance dependence, trauma and anxiety disorders.

My approach to therapy is relational. I believe healing happens in connection: together we’ll work to create a safe, compassionate space to explore how past experiences, relationships, and patterns influence your present life. My approach blends evidence-based trauma therapies with relational work—helping you rebuild trust in yourself and others while developing practical skills for regulation and relapse prevention.

I value working collaboratively and nonjudgmentally, tailoring treatment to your goals—whether that means reducing substance use, managing symptoms of depression or anxiety, repairing relationships, or simply finding more stability and meaning.

You are the expert of your own experience. If you’re ready to change old patterns, regain control, and strengthen your connections, I would be honored to walk with you through that process.
